Before any individual appointment, American Coastal Finance obtains a signed Scope of Appointment (SOA) form to document the topics you have agreed to discuss. This ensures that conversations stay focused on the products and services you have requested information about, as required by CMS regulations.

The SOA must be completed at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, unless the beneficiary initiates the contact. You are never obligated to enroll in any plan as a result of this appointment.

42 C.F.R. §§ 422.503 / 423.504 — Regulatory Compliance

American Coastal Finance operates in full compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, Parts 422 and 423. These regulations govern Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan marketing, enrollment, and agent conduct. All representatives are trained and certified in accordance with CMS requirements and applicable state regulations.
